Yoga & Wellness Retreat - 2019

Join us for a restorative day relaxing your body and mind in a remote, breathtaking setting in the hills of Pennsylvania.


Be immersed in nature as we flow through yoga classes taught by Philadelphia certified instructor, Madison Fialkowski. 

Nourish your bodies with an organic lunch, gratitude workshop, and meditation, all while taking in the gorgeous views. 

Retreat: A quiet or secluded place in which one can rest and relax.

Hydration and Relaxing on the Veranda 

Enjoy fruit flavored water to aid in your detoxification of the day and take in the view as our retreat comes to an end.  

Guided Meditation with Gina

An extended shavasana on your mat as you embrace the calm setting of the surrounding nature.  Gina will guide you through a meditation designed to relax your mind and deepen your gratitude towards yourself and life.


Restorative Yoga Stretch with Madison 

Restore your body with this slow paced practice on the veranda as Madison holds you through easy yoga poses to deepen your stretch and relax sore muscles.

Gratitude Workshop

Find a quiet corner on the property to take some time of self reflection with your provided gratitude journal.  Then, join us in a group workshop as we discuss and embrace self growth.


Plant Based Organic Buffet Lunch 

Enjoy a locally sourced, plant based, organic lunch in the pool pavilion.  

Power Flow Yoga with Madison 

Join us for outdoor Yoga on the veranda as Madison guides you through a Vinyasa flow, incorporating basic yoga positions.  Suitable for all levels of yoga experience.

Where is this event taking place?

The retreat will be held at a private residence in Martins Creek, PA.  It is a secluded property in the hills, resulting in amazing views and tranquility.


What happens if it rains?

We have a rain plan and the event will go on, unless it's an extreme circumstance and then we will reschedule.

Whats the cancellation policy?

Any cancellations made within 30 days will not be refunded.  However, tickets are transferable.  Please let us know if you are transferring your ticket.

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and possibly a change of clothes.  If you do not have a yoga mat, let us know ahead of time as we have a few extras.

What's for lunch?

Lunch will be buffet style and include a variety of healthy options that are plant based and organic.  Please let us know any food allergies ahead of time.

I've never practiced yoga before.  Is this event for me?

Yes!  If you've never practiced yoga but want to start, begin here!  Madison will be leading classes for all levels and you can do what you're comfortable with.  We welcome you to the amazing benefits that yoga can bring.

Will the pool be open?

Although pool time is not scheduled, the pool will be open and available for those who would like to take a quick dip.  Please note, there is one shower available for use afterward.
